All Dalisay Glow Skin products are handcrafted. Because our products are personal and hygienic, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hrs. @ info@dalisayglowskin.com with photos. We will replace the item or give a store credit.

We are not responsible for shipping delays, packages marked "delivered," or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
