Shipping policy

At Dalisay Glow Skin, each soap is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches. To ensure the highest quality, safety, and performance, all soaps undergo a required curing period before they are shipped.


Processing & Curing Times

In-Stock Items
Orders containing fully cured, in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Made-to-Order Batches
Some orders may include freshly made soaps that are still curing. In these cases, please allow up to 6 weeks for processing and shipment. This curing time is essential to ensure a harder, longer-lasting, and skin-friendly bar.

Order Updates
If your order requires extended curing time, we will notify you via email with an estimated shipping date.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier conditions and destination.


Weekend & Holiday Shipping

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. While we may ship orders on Saturdays when possible, weekends are not considered business days for processing or delivery estimates.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Responsibility & Disclaimers

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Dalisay Glow Skin is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Marked Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Dalisay Glow Skin is not liable for lost or stolen items. Customers are encouraged to contact USPS directly to file a claim or locate the package.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@dalisayglowskin.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

We will review your request and work with you toward a resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.
